Fresh Homes was proud to complete this feature project for Pat and Leanne, following the construction of their brand-new home. Our scope of work focused on creating functional, high-quality outdoor living spaces that complement the home and enhance how the property is used day to day.

We constructed extensive kwila decking around the home, providing a durable, low-maintenance finish with a warm natural look that ties seamlessly into the surrounding environment. Kwila was selected for its longevity, strength, and premium appearance — perfect for a long-term outdoor solution.

In addition to the decking, our team installed a Flare fireplace, adding both warmth and a striking focal point to the living space. The installation was completed with precision and care to ensure a clean, modern finish that aligns with the home’s overall design.

To complete the project, Fresh Homes also assisted with landscaping works, using our own small earth-moving equipment to shift and spread topsoil efficiently. This allowed us to support the final shaping and preparation of outdoor areas, helping bring the entire property together.

The end result is a beautifully finished home with practical, well-executed outdoor spaces. Pat and Leanne were thrilled with the outcome, and the property now looks every bit as impressive as it functions.
